摘要
对红原县16头牦犊牛分别采集腹泻粪样,用选择性培养基分离,并根据形态特征和16SrRNA基因序列分析鉴定得到了沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、芽孢杆菌等64株菌株。采用药敏纸片法检测所得菌株对8类、共计9种药敏纸片的耐药性。结果表明:所测菌株对庆大霉素、环丙沙星、复方新诺明、氨曲南较敏感,耐药率为0%~25%;对红霉素和万古霉素耐药率为75%~100%。该实验不仅为抗生素类药物治疗牦牛腹泻问题提供参考,还有助于研究型创新人才培养,也为今后开设综合创新实验教学奠定了基础。
The diarrhea fecal samples from16yaks in Hongyuan county are collected.The samples are isolaterd by the selective medium,and64strains of Salmonella,Escherichia coli,Bacillus,etc.,are identified by morphological characteristics and16S rRNA gene sequence analysis.The drug resistance test paper is used to detect the resistance of eight strains to nine kinds of drug sensitive paper.The results show that the strains are sensitive to gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,compound trimethoprim and aztreonam,and the drug resistance rate is0-25%,and for erythromycin and vancomycin,the drug resistance rate is75%-100%.This experiment not only provides the reference for antibiotics in the treatment of yak diarrhea,but also helps to promote the training of research-oriented innovative talents,and lays a foundation for the comprehensive innovative experimental teaching in the future.
