摘要
飞机大部件对接是飞机制造的关键环节,大部件对接的准确度决定了飞机的整体质量。翼身对接作为飞机大部件对接的重要组成部分,其对接质量尤为重要,为提高翼身对接的质量,对基于激光跟踪仪测量系统的翼身对接技术进行研究。首先,对机身与机翼对接的测量基准点进行了选取和对机身的对接工装以及机翼的调姿装置进行了设计。之后,应用激光跟踪仪对机身与机翼测量基准点进行跟踪测量,在线测量控制系统根据测量结果,对机翼位置进行反复调整与修正。最后,对机身与机翼测量基准点的测量数据进行分析,并对翼身对接准确度进行判断。
Large parts docking is a key part of aircraft manufacturing.The accuracy of large parts docking determines the overall quality of aircraft.In this paper,the wing body docking technology based on the measurement system of laser tracker is studied.Firstly,the measuring datum point of the interface between the fuselage and the wing is selected,and the docking equipment of the fuselage and the positioning device of the wing are designed.Afterwards,laser tracker was used to track and measure the reference point of the fuselage and wing.According to the measurement results,the online measurement control system adjusted and revised the position of the wing repeatedly.Finally,the measurement data of the base point of the fuselage and the wing are analyzed,and the accuracy of the wing body docking is judged.
