PBL教学法在留学生内分泌学教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析PBL教学法在留学生内分泌学教学中的应用效果。方法选择我校2014级留学生本科临床医学专业2个班级,每班各26名学生,作为此次研究的调查对象。采用传统教学方法的班级作为对照组,采用PBL教学法的班级作为实验组,最后对教学效果进行比较和总结。结果实验组学生在学习兴趣、自主学习能力、临床思维能力、理论知识掌握方面均优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生在基础理论知识和病例分析题考试成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。另外,实验组和对照组学生满意度分别为96.15%,69.23%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在留学生医学生内分泌学的教学中,能提高留学生学习积极性和临床思维能力,具有良好的教学效果。 Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in the foreign medical student teaching of endocrinology department.Methods Two classes of foreign students from clinical medicine,26students per one class,in grade2014in our university were selected as the subjects of the study.One class with traditional teaching method was used as the control group,the other class with PBL teaching method was used as the study group.At last,the teaching effect was compared and summarized.Results The students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in learning interest,autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability and theoretical knowledge mastery.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in basic theory knowledge and case analysis questions,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of students in the experimental group and the control group were96.15%and69.23%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method can improve medical ability of the foreign students and obtain excellent teaching results.
