摘要
目的探讨分析循证医学教学模式在消化内科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月于我院消化内科实习的医学生42名作为研究对象。根据教学方法不同进行分组。观察组21名学生实施循证医学教学模式,对照组21名学生实施常规教学法,对两组学生的实习效果进行比较。结果观察组医学生实践能力、病案分析能力评分分别为(92.84±3.16)分、(93.77±4.22)分,对照组分别为(79.23±5.66)分、(81.76±6.85)分,观察组评分均优于对照组;观察组医学生对教学模式的认同度(95.24%)高于对照组(71.43%),两组间进行比较,各项差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过在消化内科临床带教中实施循证医学教学模式,可显著提高教学效果,并且提高学生对教学模式的认同度,有着积极的教学价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of the evidence-based medicine teaching mode in the clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods A total of42interns in digestive medicine from January2016to December2017were selected as the subjects of the study.According to different teaching methods,they were grouped.In the observation group,21students were taught evidence-based medicine-21students in the control group were given routine teaching methods.The effect of practice between the two groups was compared.Results The scores of practical ability and case analysis ability of medical students in the observation group were(92.84±3.16)points and(93.77±4.22)points respectively,and the control group were(79.23±5.66)points and(81.76±6.85)points respectively.The observation group scores were excellent.In the control group;the recognition of the teaching model in the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing the evidence-based medicine teaching mode in the clinical teaching of digestive medicine,the teaching effect can be significantly improved,and the recognition of students'teaching mode can be improved.
