摘要
目的探讨正畸矫治对牙周病患者的临床治疗效果以及影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月于本院进行正畸矫治的牙周病患者58例为研究对象。所有患者均给予牙周综合治疗,即牙周常规治疗联合正畸矫治。统计患者的治疗效果,比较正畸治疗前后牙周袋探诊深度、临床附着水平、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度、牙槽骨高度等指标变化。结果 58例患者均正畸矫治成功,治疗后移位牙均复位,松动牙得到固定、牙周袋变浅或消失,牙龈无明显炎症。骨性牙周袋变浅,牙齿排列整齐,唇向移位前牙回收,颜面美学明显改善。正畸治疗后较治疗前牙周袋探针深度、临床附着水平、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度均显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗后牙槽骨高度有所升高,但与治疗前比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论正畸矫治作为治疗牙周病的重要手段,有效改善患者牙周指数,提高牙齿整洁美观性,临床应用效果良好。
Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease.Methods From January2017to January2018,all58patients were treated with comprehensive periodontal therapy,such as conventional periodontal therapy combined with orthodontic treatment.the therapeutic effect of patients was counted,The changes of periodontal pocket exploration depth,clinical attachment level,gingival index,tooth mobility and alveolar bone height before and after orthodontic treatment were compared.Results All58patients were successfully treated with orthodontic treatment.After treatment,all the displaced teeth were reduced,the loose teeth were fixed,the periodontal pockets became shallow or disappeared,and there was no obvious inflammation in the gingiva.Skeletal periodontal pockets became shallow,teeth arranged neatly,labial displacement of anterior teeth was recovered,and facial aesthetics was significantly improved.After orthodontic treatment,the depth of periodontal pocket probe,clinical attachment level,gingival index and tooth mobility were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The height of alveolar bone increased after treatment,but there was no significant difference between before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment as an important means of treatment of periodontal disease,effectively improve the patient's periodontal index,improve teeth neatness and aesthetics,clinical application effect is good.
