摘要
半挂车制造属于多品种、小批量、离散型模式,对产线柔性化要求特别高。传统工业机器人在线示教,即人工现场示教,需在停产条件下进行,严重影响生产效率。为缩短示教时间,基于离线编程的示教技术越来越受到重视。基于Robotmaster软件对某半挂车的机器人喷粉作业进行离线编程示教研究,验证了离线示教的可行性。文中的离线编程示教方法可为提高机器人喷粉作业效率,节约示教成本提供借鉴。
Semi-trailer manufacturing requires a production line with high flexibility due to the type and local features of semi-trailers being of high variability.In the process of semi-trailer manufacturing,robots have been widely used so that programming of the robots becomes important.Traditionally,programming of rotors follows an on-line mode and is largely manual and time-consuming.In addition,the production needs to shut down during robot on-line programming which significantly lowers the efficiency of the manufacturing.In order to improve the programing of robots,the research into off-line programming has drawn much attention.In this work,an off-line programming of a robot for a semi-trailer powder spraying is implemented with the aid of Robotmaster and the effectiveness and efficiency of the presented approach of off-line programming is validated.The proposed method of the off-line programming provides a guideline for controlling industrial robots in the production of semi-trailers.
