摘要
腹泻病是造成小儿营养不良、生长发育障碍的主要原因之一,其发病率仅次于呼吸道感染,位居第二位,是儿科重点防治的四病之一。腹泻病属中医"泄泻"范畴,贾六金主任医师是首届全国名中医、全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,在治疗腹泻病方面有丰富的临床经验,认为引起泄泻虽有多种因素,但未有不因于湿者。在治疗上,贾六金老师高屋建瓴、执简驭繁,提出治湿五法,包括利水渗湿法、清热利湿法、健脾燥湿法、芳香化湿法、温阳化湿法。根据湿邪轻重及兼夹证的不同将以上治湿五法辨证用于临床,效果显著。治湿五法是治腹泻病的常用治法,湿热泻多用清热利湿法。文章将贾老师治疗小儿湿热型泄泻的经验进行介绍总结。
Diarrhea is one of the main reasons of infantile malnutrition and development disorders.The incidence of it is in a second place next to respiratory infection.It is one of the four major diseases for prevention and treatment in the pediatric department.Prof.Jia Liujin is the instructor of the academic experience inheritance of the national veteran of TCM.Prof.Jia is enriched in the treatment of diarrhea and he believes that pathogenic damp is predominated even though many factors are involved in the disease.In the treatment,Prof.Jia proposes five damp-removal methods,including benefiting water metabolism to remove damp,clearing heat to remove damp,strengthening spleen function to remove damp,removing damp with fragrance herbs and warming yang to resolve damp.These five methods are used accordingly in terms of the severity of damp and the complicated symptoms and the effects are significant.For diarrhea caused by damp heat,the clearing heat to removing damp is commonly used.In the paper,Prof.Jiars experiences in the treatment of infantile diarrhea of damp heat type were introduced and1case reported included.
