摘要
企业孵化器对于创业型企业快速成长是一个必不可缺的部分,企业孵化器对于创业型企业的促进自身健康发展十分重要。企业孵化器主要适用于中小型企业,其作为中小型企业孵育创新的一个载体,对于促进中小型企业的商业成功和自身持续性的盈利有着举足轻重的作用和意义。文章从价值链的理论角度出发,以孵化器价值链、产业链等为导向,构建孵化器运营管理体系基本架构及企业盈利模式模型,对已有企业孵化器盈利模式进行剖析与探讨。
Business incubator is an indispensable part for the rapid growth of entrepreneurial enterprises,and business incubators are very important for the healthy development of entrepreneurial enterprises.Business incubator is mainly used in small and medium enterprises.As a carrier of small and medium enterprises’incubating innovation,it plays an important role in promoting commercial success and sustainable profit of small and medium enterprises.Based on the theory of value chain,based on the value chain and industrial chain of incubator,the basic framework of incubator operation management system and the model of enterprise profit mode are constructed,and the profit mode of the existing business incubator is analyzed and discussed.
