摘要
根据国外某退役平台实际工艺数据资料,对弃置平台上设备中富集的汞的处理方案进行研究。结合相关规范、资料采用适用性评估方法,选取合适的汞处理方案。针对含汞设备,优先采用化学清洗法,并结合蒸汽清汞法,确保高效清汞,利于后期设备干燥封存。针对含汞废气、废液和废渣分别采取活性炭吸附、化学处理法结合后期微生物处理法和干馏或固化填埋的处理方案,确保平台清汞操作顺利进行,实现弃置设备汞含量达标、无超标三废排放的目的。
According to the actual process data of a foreign decommissioning platform,the treatment plan of removing the enrichment mercury from the equipment on the decommissioning platform is studied.Combined with the relevant specifications and material,the appropriate mercury removal plan is selected using the applicability assessment method.For mercury containing equipment,the chemical cleaning method is preferred,and the steam mercury removal method is combined to ensure efficient mercury removal,which is beneficial to the dry storage of equipment in the later stage.The activated carbon adsorption method is adopted for the mercury containing waste gas,and the chemical treatment combined with the post microbial treatment is adopted for mercury containing waste liquid;the dry distillation or solidification landfill treatment is used for mercury containing waste residue.The above methods ensure that the mercury removal operation on platform equipment is carried out smoothly,and that the mercury content of the discarded equipment is up to standard,and that there is no discharge exceeding the standard.
