摘要
分别以菌丝生长速度和麦角甾醇含量为指标,采用单因素和正交实验优化赭鳞蘑菇(Agaricus subrufescens)固体发酵培养基,用优化后的固体发酵培养基培养,测定期间菌质干重及麦角甾醇含量,判定发酵终点。结果表明:赭鳞蘑菇最优固体发酵培养基为50 g玉米糁添加50 mL含35 g/L白砂糖和80 g/L麸皮(煮汁)的营养液,最佳发酵终点为培养40 d,此时菌质干重为91.45 g,麦角甾醇总量为31.426 mg。
Culture medium for solid-state fermentation of Agaricus subrufescens was optimized by the single-factor and orthogonal experimental design using mycelial growth rate and ergosterol content as indicators.Dry fungal substance weight and ergosterol content were monitored during the60-day fermentation to determine the end point of fermentation.The results showed that the optimal medium for solid-state fermentation of A.subrufescens was50g corn grit as the base material with addition of50mL nutrient solution containing35g/L white granulated sugar and80g/L wheat bran(boiled and collected the filtrate).The optimal fermentation period was determined to be40days,when the dry fungal substance weight and the total ergosterol were91.45g and31.426mg,respectively.
