摘要
可再生能源的利用中风电的发展最为显著,但我国"弃风限电"现象十分严重。由此,文章通过挖掘我国风电产业的应用数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA),分析对比了风电行业的技术效率和规模效率水平,发现影响我国风电发展的主要问题在于规模效率,即盲目扩张风场而忽略资源配置的优化问题,主要技术瓶颈在于装机数量与发电效率的优化问题。并在此基础上运用实证分析方法找到影响风电技术效率的主要因素,以期为国家政策及产业发展提供借鉴和参考。
China involves serious"Abandoned Wind Power",which undoubtedly exerts significant adverse influence on the further development of wind power industry.This paper use DEA to analyze the technical efficiency of wind power industry within the provincial scope and on the basis of the above,decomposing the composition of technical efficiency value and comprehensively exploring and analyzing influence factors also means a quantitatively test for the current status of Chinas wind power industry.It provides reference value for practical operation but also provides data that can be referred to by decision makers.It plays an active role in promoting the enhancement of wind power industry efficiency.
