摘要
为了减少待充填空间顶板离层和下沉量,确保架后挡矸和挂模作业安全,对充填作业空间进行锚网支护设计,对初期顶板支护方案存在的问题进行了分析,结合沿空留巷充填柔模损坏情况和沿空留巷效果,对充填作业空间进行改进优化,然后提出了2种支护改进方案:在留巷待浇筑空间永久加强支护采用锚索梁支护和留巷待浇筑空间顶板永久加强支护采用锚索和锚杆配合锚索梁支护,研究得出:顶板锚网支护劳动强度降低、材料成本降低,采空区垮落裙带关系降低,降低架前顶板锚网支护工作压力,保证锚网支护速度能够适应工作面推进速度,保证工作面能够实现快速掘进。
In order to reduce the amount of separation and sinking of the roof to be filled,to ensure the safety of the back sill and the hanging mold,the anchor net support design is carried out for the filling work space,and the problems existing in the initial roof support scheme are analyzed,the empty roadway filled with soft mold damage and the effect of retaining the roadway along the air,improved and optimized the filling work space,and then proposed two kinds of support improvement schemes:permanent reinforcement support in the roadway to be poured,anchor cable support and retention the roof reinforcement of the road to be poured is permanently strengthened,the anchor cable and the anchor bolt are used to support the anchor cable beam.The research results show that the labor intensity of the roof anchor net support is reduced,the material cost is reduced,and the relationship between the fallen skirt and the skirt is reduced,the front roof anchor net supports the working pressure to ensure that the anchor net support speed can adapt to the working surface propulsion speed,and ensure that the working surface can achieve rapid tunneling.
