摘要
目的 应用秩和比法综合分析评价天津市2017年各区碘缺乏病防治效果,为科学评价碘缺乏病防治工作质量提供技术支持。方法 选用碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率、儿童尿碘中位数、孕妇尿碘中位数、儿童尿碘适宜值百分比、孕妇尿碘适宜值百分比及儿童甲状腺肿大率8项指标应用秩和比法对2017年天津市17个地区碘缺乏病防治效果进行直接排序和分档排序。结果 经秩和比法综合评价,直接排序结果显示,2017年天津市各区碘缺乏病防治工作中O区防治效果最为理想,C区碘缺乏病防治工作未达到预期效果。分档排序结果显示K、L、D、G区防治效果为优档,E、I、C3区防治效果为差档,其余各区均为中档。结论 秩和比法能够综合各项监测指标,全面评价碘缺乏病防治工作质量,发现薄弱环节,对于工作开展具有指导意义。
Objective The comprehensive analysis of rank sum ratio method was used to evaluate the effect of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in various districts in Tianjin in 2017,and provide technical support for the scientific evaluation of the quality of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Eight indicators(Iodine salt coverage,iodized salt pass rate,qualified iodized salt consumption rate,children′s urinary iodine median,maternal urinary iodine median,children′s urinary iodine appropriate value percentage,maternal urinary iodine appropriate value percentage and children′s goiter rate)were selected,to sort and classify prevention effects of iodine deficiency disorders comprehensively using RSR method in 17 districts of Tianjin in 2017. Results Evaluated by RSR,the relatively ideal quality of iodine deficiency disorders work was in district O,and the district C failed to achieve the desired results.The effects in K、L、D、G were divided into high level,the work in E、I、C were divided into low levels,and the other districts were divided into mid-range. Conclusion The rank-sum ratio method could comprehensively monitor various monitoring indicators,comprehensively evaluate the quality of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders,and can also find weak links,which was of guiding significance for work development.
