摘要
从力学角度分析,废弃线路板作为一种复合材料具有各向异性和非均质性的特点,而常规材料是则均质的和各向同性的,这就是复合材料与常规材料的显著区别。所谓均质就是物体内各点的性能相同,也就是说,物体的性能不是物体内位置的函数,而非均质正好与此相反。所谓各向同性就是在物体内一点的各个方向上都具有相同的性能,而各向异性则表明某点的性能是该点方向的函数。研究废弃线路板在不同外力作用下的破坏规律,有助于掌握其力学特性,为选择合适的机械破碎方式提供理论依据,从而进一步改善资源化工艺。
From the mechanical point of view,the waste circuit board as a composite material has the characteristics of anisotropy andheterogeneity,while the conventional material is homogeneous and isotropic,which is the significant difference between composite materials and conventional materials.The so-called homogenization is the same performance of each point in the object,that is,the performance of the object is not a function of the position within the object,and the non-homogeneity is exactly the opposite.The so-called isotropic means that the same performance is obtained in all directions of a point in the object,and the anisotropy indicates that the performance of a point is a function of the direction of the point.Studying the damage law of abandoned circuit boards under different external forces will help to grasp the mechanical properties and provide a theoretical basis for selecting suitable mechanical crushing methods,thus further improving the resource-recycling process.
