摘要
为提高高铬铸铁的耐磨性能,进行980℃不同保温时间空淬热处理实验研究。利用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计及冲击试验机等研究保温时间对高铬铸铁组织与性能的影响。结果表明:保温过程中铸态组织中的M3C型碳化物向M7C3型转变,保温时间延长后,又出现少量的M3C型碳化物。高铬铸铁的硬度主要取决于碳化物的存在形式及形貌,当保温时间为3 h时,可形成有一定择优取向的束集状碳化物,硬度约为2 415 MPa。保温时间对碳化物的转变及形貌有显著影响,但对冲击韧性没有显著影响。
This paper is aimed at improving the wear resistance of high chromium cast iron.The study is focused on an experimental study on air quenching heat treatment with varying holding time at 980 temperature and an analysis of effects of holding time on microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron using X-ray diffractometer(XRD),optical microscope,Rockwell hardness,and charpy impact test machine.The results show that,the heat preservation process sees the transition of M 3C-type carbides in cast structure to M 7C 3-type carbides;the holding time extension is followed by the occurrence of a small amount of M 3C carbides;the hardness of high chromium cast iron is determined mainly by the morphology and type of carbides;and given the holding time of 3 h,there form the cluster carbides with preferential orientation with the hardness of about 2 415 MPa.Holding time has a significant effect on carbide transformation and morphology,but not on impact toughness.
