摘要
2014年以来,新高考已在全国6个省(市)展开试点。政策分析发现,多数试点地区的选考科目计分政策设计不能适应考生群体结构的变化。在"总分录取"的招生政策下,统考科目与选考科目成绩直接相加的科学性值得反思。考试可比性的理论与实践表明,量表化方法能够实现不同选考科目的可比性。应以海南计分政策改革为契机,探索适合新高考科目设置的"量表化"计分改进研究。应参照国内外分数合成经验,积极调适"总分录取"政策,为科学合成分数创造有利条件。
Since 2014,the new Gaokao reform has been piloted in six provinces(cities).The policy analysis reveals that the design of the elective subject scoring policy in most pilot areas could not adapt to the changes in the candidate group structure.As for the"total score admission"policy,the scientific issues concerning the direct adding up of compulsory and elective subject scores will be worthy of reflection.The theory and practice based on the comparability of exams show that scaling can achieve comparison of different subjects.The Hainan scoring policy reform should be taken as an opportunity to explore the scaling improvement research suitable for setting examinational subjects of new Gaokao reform.It is necessary to refer to the experience of score summation at home and abroad to actively adjust the"total score admission"policy and create favorable conditions for scientific score summation.
