摘要
汽车外后视镜兼顾造型和功能,在汽车上的作用极为重要,提供给顾客强烈的直观使用感受。文章所述的是外后视镜NVH方面的设计要点,通过造型、结构设计以及相应的CAE分析辅助验证,实现外后视镜的NVH正向设计,尽可能避免后期发生令顾客产生反感的NVH问题。
The outside rear view mirrors of the automobile take into account the styling and functions,and have a great effect on the automobile,providing customers with a strong intuitive experience.The design points of the NVH aspect of the outside rear view mirrors described in this paper are optimized by the modeling,structural design and corresponding CAE analysis to realize the NVH forward design of the outside rear view mirrors,so as to avoid the late occurrence of NVHproblem which is offensive to customers.
