摘要
文章基于有限元软件分析,简单介绍白车身扭转刚度的分析方法,以某款重卡白车身为例,重点论述了在前期开发设计过程中,通过优化关键铰接点的断面结构,并辅以有限元软件的模拟计算,最终达成了扭转刚度的目标要求。
This paper is based on finite element analysis,the analysis method of torsional stiffness of white body is simply introduced.Taking a heavy truck white body as an example,this paper focuses on the development and design process,optimizing the cross-section structural of critical hinge point,with the help of finite element analysis,the goal of torsional stiffness is achieved in the final.
