摘要
利用再制造胶粘修复技术对工程机械中含有表面疲劳裂纹的损伤结构进行再制造修复。在明确研究背景和技术优势的基础上,建立损伤结构-胶粘剂-复合材料补片三者为一体的再制造修复模型,运用有限元分析方法,引入应力强度因子下降率R的概念,对再制造修复结构进行修复效果评价。分析表明,选用硼/环氧树脂作为补片材料能够得到最佳的修复效果,为工程机械再制造实践中的修复材料选择提供理论指导。
The damaged structure with surface fatigue crack in the engineering machine is repaired by the use of the bonded repairing technique.On the basis of the research background and technical advantage,this paper establishes the repairing model of the integration of damaged structure,adhesive and composite patches,uses the finite element analysis method to introduce the concept of stress intensity factor decrease rate R which is used to assess the effect on repairing the damaged structure.The analysis result shows that boron/epoxy resin can be used as the patch material to obtain the optimal repair effect.The theoretical guidance is provided for the selection of repair materials in the engineering machinery repairing practice.
