摘要
为系统梳理ATIS领域驾驶人交通信息行为的研究现状,基于信息行为学理论分析了驾驶人交通信息行为的内涵特征及其在交通领域的应用前景与可行性。分析个体因素以及ATIS环境对驾驶人交通信息行为的影响机制,并总结ATIS环境下驾驶人的交通信息行为研究理论与方法。对文献的梳理和分析表明:重视ATIS环境下智能手机发布的动态、个性化交通信息,分析驾驶人对交通信息的偏好、选择,辨识多源信息环境下的驾驶人响应行为机理,将成为驾驶人交通信息行为研究需关注的方向。提出有必要从方法、理论等层面结合信息行为学,分析交通信息影响下的驾驶人交通行为特征,推进ATIS环境下的交通行为研究并进一步提升ATIS服务水平。
To systematically review the current studies on driver behavior under Advanced Traveler Information Systems(ATIS),this paper discusses the characteristics of driver behavior with traffic information,as well as the feasibility and implementation prospects based on the behavioral theory.By analyzing the influence of individual factors and ATIS impact on driver behavior,the paper summarizes the research theory and method in this field.The analysis results show that it is necessary to analyze drivers'preferences and choices,as well as identify the drivers'response under multi-source information environment with dynamic and personalized traffic information released by smartphone under ATIS.Aiming at promoting the research of driver behavior under ATIS and further enhancing the level of service of ATIS,the paper emphasizes the need for driver behavior under the influence of traffic information research by utilizing the praxeology theory and methodology.
