摘要
以邹县电厂8#1 000 MW机组改造项目为例,采用三菱日立公司的喷淋空塔脱硫技术,拆除原6层喷淋层及喷嘴,更换为菲达菱立公司设计的6层喷淋层(1层备用),采用单向单头中空喷嘴,优化喷淋层布置、喷嘴布置及支撑形式,保证脱硫装置出口SO2质量浓度低于35 mg/Nm3,烟尘质量浓度低于5 mg/Nm3,达到电厂超低排放要求。
Taking the reconstruction project of8^#1000MW unit of Zouxian Power Plant as an example,using the spray empty tower desulfurization technology of MHPS Company,removing and replacing the original6-layer spray layers and nozzles with6-layer spray layers(1layer spare)designed by Feida MHPS Co.,Ltd.and using one-way single-head hollow nozzle to optimize spray layer layout,nozzle arrangement and support form,to ensure that the SO2mass concentration at the outlet of the desulfurization unit is lower than35mg/Nm3,and the soot mass concentration is lower than5mg/Nm^3,to meet the ultra-low emission requirements of power plants.
