摘要
目的 对广东省妇幼保健院门诊中药房患者满意度及其影响因素分析进行研究。方法 将2017年6月至2018年7月在本院取药的224例患者作为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式对本院患者的满意程度及其影响因素进行分析。对患者一般资料调查表展开单因素及多因素分析,单因素分析采用t检验或F检验,多因素分析采用Logistic分析。结果 单因素分析结果显示,患者年龄、性别、婚育状况、家庭年收入等对药房取药满意度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而患者的文化水平、取药次数、职业、病程以及是否外来人口对药房取药满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,患者文化水平、取药次数、职业、病程以及是否外来人口对药房取药满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 患者的文化水平、取药次数、职业、病程以及是否外来人口对本院门诊中药房患者满意度有显著影响,应该对不同患者的需求进行针对性调整取药流程,来提高患者满意度。
Objective To study the patients'satisfaction degree and its influencing factors in the outpatient clinic of Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Methods 224 patients who took the medicine from the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research object,and the questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction degree of the patients and its influencing factors.Univariate and multivariate analysis on patients’general data were carried out,t test or F test for univariate analysis,Logistic analysis for multivariate analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that the patients'age,gender,marriage and childbearing status,and family annual income had no significant effect on satisfaction degree(P>0.05),while the patients'education level,the number of medications taken,occupation,duration of disease,and whether the migrant population had significant effect on satisfaction degree(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the patients'education level,the number of medications taken,occupation,duration of disease,and whether the migrant population had significant impact on satisfaction degree(P<0.05).Conclusions The patients'education level,the number of medications taken,occupation,duration of disease,and whether the migrant population have significant impact on the satisfaction degree of patients in outpatient clinic of Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital;the outpatient clinic of Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital should strengthen the adjustment of drug collection process and management for different patients'needs in order to achieve the purpose of improving patients’satisfaction degree.
