摘要
大学教师发展是高等教育的热点,"互联网+"时代的大学教师发展面临着理念滞后、身份尴尬、发展焦虑、体制困境等难题。大家教师应主动适应"互联网+"时代的发展要求,学习借鉴国内外大学教师发展的经验,积极整合国内外MOOC自主学习平台,创新体制机制,盘活"互联网+"时代优质教育教学资源,促进大学教师发展。
The development of university teachers is a hot topic in higher education.The development of universityteachers in the"Internet+"era is faced with problems such as the lag of ideas,the embarrassment of identity,the anxiety of development,and the predicament of the system.We should take the initiative to adapt to the development requirements of the"Internet+"era,learn from the experience of the development of university teachers at home and abroad,actively integrate the MOOC autonomous learning platform at home and abroad,innovate institutional mechanisms,revitalize the"Internet+"era of quality education and teaching resources,and promote the development of university teachers.
