摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对促进危重症产妇泌乳的效果研究。方法选取危重症产妇438例,分为观察组221例和对照组217例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施营养支持、早期康复锻炼、乳房按摩、穴位按摩、乳头刺激模拟哺乳以及心理干预等集束化护理促进泌乳。结果采取集束化护理后观察组产妇泌乳始动时间、泌乳量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对危重症产妇采用集束化护理可有效促进母乳分泌,提高母乳喂养率。
Objective To explore the effect of clustering comprehensive nursing intervention on maternal lactation in ICU.Methods A total of438puerperas in ICU were divided into observation group(n=221)and control group(n=217).The control group re-ceived routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group received clustering comprehensive nursing intervention,including nutritional support,rehabilitation exercise,nipple stimulation,breast massage,acupressure,simulated lactation and psychological intervention to promote lactation.Results The initial lactation time in observation group was earlier than control group,the milk volume of puerperas in observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of clustering comprehensive nursing intervention for puerperas can enhance initial lactation and milk secretion,which has a good role in promoting breast feeding.
