摘要
为了培养能够满足企业需求的高技能人才,必须加强实践教学。基于职业技能竞赛的教学改革,强调技能竞赛与实践性教学的有效嫁接,以及教学模式的改变。该文以安徽粮食工程职业学院粮油储藏与检测专业为例,总结了其基于技能竞赛的教学改革经验做法,以期提高该模式的可操作性以及粮油储藏专业毕业生的质量。
In order to train high-skilled talents who can meet the needs of enterprises,practical teaching must be strengthened.The teaching reform based on vocational skills competition emphasizes the effective grafting between skill competition and practical teaching,as well as the change of teaching mode.Taking the major of grain and oil storage and testing in Anhui Vocational College of Grain Engineering for example,this paper summarizes the experience of teaching reform based on skill competition in order to improve the maneuverability of this model and improve the quality of graduate students majoring in grain and oil storage.
