摘要
借鉴美学和反规划思想将天际线分成"图"与"底"两大构成要素,从不同空间视角构建能够有效体现城市环境及城市健康发展的城市天际线量化指标,在此基础上,应用视线分析等手段确立天际线控制方法,最后以滁州城市规划区为例进行相关的实验与分析。实验结果表明:1)滁州城区天际线"底"要素基础良好,"图"要素趋于破碎,"图"与"底"要素的融合程度较高,但总体标志性不强;2)天际线的分形维数与层次比随着观赏区位的变化呈现出较大的差异,其中,南湖天际线整体分形维数较高,为1.18,清流桥的前中后景层次比差异最明显,方差值最大,为0.068;3)山脊线遮蔽度相对较大,平均达到0.518,以琅琊山为例的限建区已有被破坏现象,影响天际线"底"要素,后续需要进行控制和保护。
This paper divides the skyline into“figure”and“ground”by aesthetics and anti-planning.From different spatial perspectives,it builds quantitative indicators of urban skyline that can effectively reflect the urban environment and healthy urban development.On this basis,the control method of skyline is established by means of line of sight analysis.Finally,the experiment and analysis in Chuzhou urban planning area is taken as an example,with the result as follows:a)The element of the“ground”of the skyline of Chuzhou city is good,and the element of“figure”tend to be broken.The degree of integration of“figure”and“ground”element is high,but the overall symbol is not strong;b)The fractal dimension and ratio level of skyline produce great fluctuation as a change of viewpoint.The fractal dimension of skyline in South Lake,Chouzhou,is 1.18.The variance of ratio level in Qingliu river,Chouzhou,which has the largest ratio level,is 0.068;c)The cover degree of ridge line was relatively large,with an average of 0.518.Taking Langya mountain which has been destroyed as an example,affected the“ground”element of skyline,and the follow-up needs to be controlled and protected.The research can serve as a theoretical basis for further study on skyline,providing ideas for skyline protection and control.
