摘要
生物制药已成为医药行业发展最迅速的领域之一,当今高等院校药物研发人才的培养模式难以满足我国生物制药产业的发展需求。通过确立创新教育理念和教学方法、优化课程设置、开辟科研渠道、打造校内生产性实训基地、提升教师的教学水平、加强教学质量保障和健全评价体系等措施,构建生物制药专业的新型教育体系,以期培养出适应新形势的高等院校生物制药专业高素质人才,推动我国生物制药产业的发展。
Bio-pharmaceutical has become one of the fastest growing fields in the pharmaceutical industry.However,the training mode of drug developers in colleges and universities is hard to meet the development needs of bio-pharmaceutical industry in China.Through the measures of establishing innovative education idea and teaching methods,optimizing course settings,opening up channels of scientific research,creating intramural productive training base,improving teaching level of teachers,strengthening the teaching quality guarantee and improving evaluation system,this study constructs the new education system of bio-pharmaceuticals with the purpose of training high quality talents of bio-pharmaceutical specialties who are adapted to the new situation in colleges and universities and promoting the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in China.
