摘要
M310机组二回路启动阶段的水化学控制直接决定了机组运行初期WANO化学指标的优良程度。从机组二回路各系统进水冲洗、主给水泵及凝结水泵进、出水管道冲洗、启动阶段凝结水精处理系统和蒸发器排污系统的运行方式及疏水侧管道设备的冲洗等方面介绍了M310二回路启动阶段水化学控制方式,并根据大修经验提出水化学控制改进建议及化学控制指标。
In the startup stage of the secondary system of the M310 unit,the water chemical control directly determined the degree of WANO chemical index in the early stage of operation.The water chemical control methods of the secondary system in the start-up phase of the M310 unit was introduced in this paper,included water flushing of the secondary system,flushing of inlet and outlet piping of the main feed pump and condensate pump,the operation modes of the condensate treatment system and evaporator drain system in the start-up phase,and pipes and equipment flushing of drain system.The water chemical control improvement suggestions and chemical control indices were proposed according to the overhaul experience.
