摘要
研究采用模型构建和流图分析方法对大学英语教学成效的影响因素和机理进行了分析。研究将外部因素与内部因素引入模型分析中,结合实际教学情况与外部局势的多角度对影响英语教学成效的因素进行了综合分析。基于模型和流图范式分析,对大学英语教学成效构建了较为清晰的逻辑框架,研究表明知识共享对信息传播具有积极作用,将有效提高学生自主学习能力以及教学成效;在外部环境不确定的情况下,有效引导英语学业成就感弱的学生向英语学业成就感高的学生转化是一种相对直接的方式,对提高英语教学成效将产生积极作用。
This research has analyzed influence factors and mechanism for teaching performance of college English,which has conducted research work by introducing modeling and flow chart methods.It has included external and internal factors in the model analysis.This study makes comprehensive analysis from actual situation of teaching and the world situation to explore the influence factors on teaching performance.Under the modeling and flow chart analysis,the performance of college English teaching has emerged a clear logic frame.This work indicates that knowledge sharing plays a positive role in information dissemination and aims at improving autonomous learning ability for students and teaching effectiveness.Furthermore,it’s an effective way to guide the students who have a weak sense of achievement in English and transfer them to whom with high academic achievement in English,which directs a positive way to enhance the teaching performance under some uncertain situations.
