摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在乳腺癌手术患者护理中的实践效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年6月我院收治的84例乳腺癌手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例。观察组实施健康教育路径,对照组实施常规护理措施,对比两组患者的健康知识掌握率、生活质量、心理状况。结果观察组知识掌握率、生活质量总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的心理状况评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径在乳腺癌手术患者护理中的实践效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the practice effect of the healthy education path on nursing of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with breast cancer surgery treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.Education pathway of health was implemented in the observation group,and routine nursing measures were implemented in the control group.The rate of health knowledge mastery,life quality and psychological status of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The knowledge acquisition rate and the total score of life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological status score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice effect of education pathway in breast cancer surgery is significant and worthy of promotion.
