摘要
讨论了一维半无限大传热模型的热脉冲法测量原理,通过寻找脉冲加热停止后热面的降温规律来间接求数学解,给出了模型的布置方案,阐述了自主研发的SHT-P型热物性瞬态自动测量仪的结构和测量结果,在理想模型条件下,测量精度可达2. 4%,测量时间短至5 min,可一次性测得热导率、热扩散系数、比热等多个热物性参量。
Principles of thermal pulse method for one-dimensional semi-infinite heat transfer model was studied.The mathematical solution was obtained indirectly by looking for the cooling law of the hot surface after the pulse heating stops and the layout scheme of the model was provided.The structure and measurement results of SHT-P transient automatic instrument for thermo-physical properties were elaborated.Under ideal model conditions,the measurement accuracy can reach 2.4%,the measurement time is as short as5min,and multiple thermal physical parameters such as thermal conductivity,thermal diffusion coefficient and specific heat can be measured at one time.
