摘要
针对盾构机关键零部件焊接特点,使用弧焊机器人对50 mm厚Q345D低合金钢板进行对接焊试验,寻找合适的自动化焊接工艺。结果表明,利用自动化焊接技术与深熔焊技术,在对接间隙小于2 mm,钝边2~3 mm,并使用小喷嘴进行打底焊接时,能够获得优质的焊接接头,可实现盾构机变速箱产品的自动化焊接。
According to the welding characteristics of the key components of shield machine,the welding experiment of Q345D low alloy steel plate with50mm in thickness was carried out by arc welding robot to determine the proper automatic welding process.The results show that the use of deep penetration welding and automatic welding can get high quality welded joint with the butt joint gap less than2mm and blunt edge in2-3mm and small nozzle for backing welding.The automatic welding of the gearbox of shield machine was realized.
