一种易引起工作压力值误判的溢流阀组合方式

摘要 溢流阀是一种重要的压力控制阀,熟练掌握其结构、工作原理并正确判断其在系统中的调整压力,是从事液压系统设计者必备的技能。该文从三节同心先导式溢流阀工作原理入手,分析了多个溢流阀在串、并联及不同的组合方式下,当遥控口接入不同压力值的控制阀时,对系统压力的影响,并列举了一例在初学者中极易引起压力值误判的阀的组合方式进行了分析,澄清了学习者中的模糊认识。 Relief valve is a kind of important pressure-control valve. It is a necessary skill for a designer of hydraulic system to know well its structure and work principle, and judge correctly the adjusted pressure of a hydraulic system. Here from the work principle of three-part coaxial piloted relief valve, we analyze the pump work pressures under different combination ways of multi relief valves when valve’s remote-control port is connected pressure control valve with different pressure value. And give an example of combination ways of relief valves which causes easily wrong judgement of pump working pressure.
