摘要
以MIBK为萃取剂,分别对苯酚和邻甲基苯酚进行萃取,考察了酚类浓度和萃取温度对萃取的影响。结果表明,MIBK对苯酚和邻甲基苯酚都有较好的萃取效果,室温下,对苯酚的分配系数达78. 1,对邻甲基苯酚的分配系数则达252. 7;随温度升高,MIBK对苯酚和邻甲基苯酚的萃取效果皆有较大下降,从298K升到343K,分配系数分别下降到35. 6和105. 8。综合来看,MIBK是一种性能优良的脱酚萃取剂。
Extraction of phenol and o-cresol by MIBK was studied,and effect of phenols concentration and extraction temperature were considered.Results showed that MIBK owed good extraction performance for both phenols.In room temperature,the distribution coefficient for phenol and o-cresol were 78.1 and 252.7 respectively;when temperature increased from 298K to 343K,the distribution coefficient dropped to 35.6 and 105.8 respectively.Result showed that MIBK was a good extractant for phenols extraction.
