摘要
针对我国城市污水处理厂普遍采用的活性污泥法工艺存在的问题,开发了一种在污水处理过程中通过水力空化技术对剩余污泥破碎后作为碳源补充于生化系统,可使污水处理过程的污泥产量减少60%以上,并使总氮去除效率提高约10%,使活性污泥法污水处理工艺改进成为一种清洁生产工艺,并降低了污泥处理成本。该工艺在水处理领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Based on the widely existing problems in adopting activated sludge treatment process of the urban sewage treatment plants in China,the paper develops the hydrodynamic cavitating technology in the course of sewage treatment and after the excess sludge is broken and utilized as carbon source to supplement the bio-chemical system.The technology can reduce the sludge volume of 62%in the course of wastewater treatment,the removal efficiency of total nitrogen increases around 10%.The technology can improve the sewage treatment technology of activated sludge process to become a cleaner production technology and reduce the treatment costs.This process has a broad application prospect in water treatment field.
