摘要
缺血性脑白质病的检出率不断增高,但尚无有效的治愈方法,目前仅可以通过药物改善症状,因此需要进一步探究其发病机制,以求早期诊断,并尽早干预和治疗。微RNA(miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)参与众多生物学过程,包括细胞的增殖、分化以及迁移等,在缺血性脑白质病的发生发展及治疗中也发挥着重要的作用。miRNA及LncRNA对于免疫炎性损伤、氧化应激损伤及突触结构和功能异常等具有调控作用,同时可以通过调控血管再生、髓鞘修复以及细胞凋亡自噬等在治疗中发挥作用,因此miRNA及LncRNA可能会成为治疗缺血性脑白质病的新靶点。
The detection of ischemic leukoencephalopathy is increasing,but there is no effective cure method.At present,only symptoms can be improved by drugs,therefore,the pathogenesis needs to be further explored for early diagnosis and early intervention and treatment.MircoRNA(miRNA)and long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)play important roles in biological processes,including cell proliferation,differentiation and migration,etc.,and in the development and treatment of ischemic leukoencephalopathy as well.miRNA and LncRNA could regulate such pathogenesis as the immune inflammatory damage,oxidative stress injury and abnormalities of synaptic structure and function,and take part in the treatment by the way of regulating apoptosis and autophagy of cell,myelin repairmen and angiogenesis.Therefore,miRNA and LncRNA could be new targets for the treatment of ischemic leukoencephalopathy.
