摘要
随着超声技术的普及,乳腺肿块的检出逐年增多,且其发病呈年轻化趋势。近年来超声技术的迅速发展所带来的技术革新弥补了常规超声在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块方面的不足,超微血管成像技术以病灶内超低速血流的检出来提高乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断率,剪切波弹性成像可实时定性定量显示肿块的软硬度信息,而超声造影可显示常规超声无法显示的微小血管。这些新技术的应用可从肿块的不同角度为临床诊断提供更加丰富的信息,有利于指导临床治疗,具有广阔的应用前景。
ses has been increasing year by year,and its onset age is getting younger.The technological innovation brought about by the rapid development of ultrasonic technology in recent years has made up for the deficiency of conventional ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses.Superb microvascular imaging technology has improved the diagnostic rate of benign and malignant breast masses by detecting ultra-low velocity blood flow in lesions.Shear wave elastography can qualitatively and quantitatively display the information of the hardness of the mass in real time,while contrast-enhanced ultrasound can show the micro blood vessels that cannot be displayed by conventional ultrasound.The application of these new technologies can provide more information for the clinical diagnosis from different aspects of the mass,which is beneficial to guide the clinical treatment and has broad applicative prospects.
