摘要
我国山区公路面临着严峻的安全形势,尤以高危路段上重大交通事故、大范围交通拥堵等对公路网的运行安全和可靠性的挑战最为突显.从事前主动预防的安全理念出发,准确识别交通事故分布规律,解析多因素作用下公路安全影响机理是交通安全动态管理的基准.文中以云南山区的典型高速公路为例,以近4年历史交通事故数据为基础,定量分析我国山区高速公路交通事故的时空分布特性,甄别其主要影响因素,提取高风险路段上线形指标的重要决策参数,并系统总结行之有效的安全改善对策.
Based on the safety concept of proactive prevention,it is the basis of traffic safety dynamic management to accurately identify traffic accident distribution rules and analyze the mechanism of road safety impact under the action of multiple factors.Taking the typical highway in Yunnan mountainous area as an example,based on the historical traffic accident data in recent 4 years,this paper quantitatively analyzed the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of highway traffic accidents in mountainous areas in China.The main influencing factors were identified,the important decision parameters of alignment indicators on high-risk sections were extracted,and the effective safety improvement measures were systematically summarized,which can provide a scientific basis for the identification and active intervention of accident-prone high-risk sections.
