粘弹体+热缩压敏胶带复合防腐结构在填海区埋地管道补口的应用 被引量:4

摘要 填海区及沼泽、盐池、养鱼池等水域区埋地管道,因地下水位高,土壤中富含Cl^-,腐蚀性较强,对管道防腐层要求较高,一般直管及冷弯管3PE防腐层及热煨弯管双层环氧粉末防腐层均为工厂预制,防腐质量高且密封性好,而需要现场施工的防腐层补口是管道防腐的薄弱点。唐山液化天然气外输管道工程填海区D1016输气管道工程,在填海区防腐层补口首次采用了粘弹体外包热缩压敏胶带结构,埋地6年后通过现场开挖评价,各项指标符合GB/T 51241-2017标准要求,证明其结构合理,完全可满足填海区及沼泽、盐池、养鱼池等水域区的应用要求。 For buried pipelines in water areas such as reclamation areas,marshes,salt ponds,and fishponds,due to the high groundwater level,rich Cl-in soil,and strong corrosiveness,the requirements for the pipeline anti-corrosion layer are high.Generally,the3LPE anticorrosion layer for the straight pipe and the cold bend pipe,and the double-layer epoxy powder anticorrosion layer for the hot bend pipe are factory prefabricated with high anticorrosion quality and good sealing performance.The anticorrosion layer of the field joint is the weak point of pipeline anticorrosion.In the D1016gas transmission pipeline project of the Tangshan LNG Pipeline Project,the viscoelastic and heat shrinkable pressure sensitive tape composite anticorrosion structure was used for the first time in the reclamation area.The data of site excavation after buried6years is evaluated conform to the requirements of the GB/T51241standard.Which proved that the structure is reasonable,and it can completely meet the application requirements of reclamation area,marshes,salt pond,fishpond and other water areas.
