摘要
大众旅游时代下的旅游团餐作为旅行社产品中的重要组成部分,对提升旅行社产品的整体服务质量起到积极的推动作用.本文以四川旅游团餐为实证研究对象,运用IPA法分析了游客对四川旅游团餐的满意度评价感知,涉及到用餐环境、菜品质量、用餐服务以及用餐安排等方面.研究结果指出菜品的整体质量是影响游客对四川旅游团餐满意度的关键环节,并基于此提出加强菜品研发、严格控制菜品卫生以及注重菜品色香味等具体建议,以期能够有效地提升游客对四川旅游团餐的满意度,从而提升整体的四川旅行社产品质量.
As an important part of tourism products,the catering for tourist groups plays an active role in promoting the overall service quality of tourism products in the era of mass tourism.Taking the catering service for Sichuan tourist groups as the object of the empirical study,the article analyzed the tourists’perception of the importance and satisfaction degree of the catering service in accommodating touring groups in Sichuan by means of IPA method,involving aspects like the dining environment,quality of dishes,dining service and dining arrangement.The results indicate that the overall quality of the dishes is the key factor deciding the satisfaction degree of the tourists towards the catering service,on the basis of which some measures are proposed to improve the tourists’satisfaction towards catering for tourist groups so as to improve the quality of tourism products in Sichuan.
