摘要
目的探讨益骨汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的疗效及对血清雌激素、细胞因子水平的影响。方法选择该院2017年1-10月收治的60例PMOP患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组予碳酸钙及骨化三醇胶丸治疗,观察组联合应用益骨汤,疗程为3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后骨密度[非优势侧股骨近端(NDPF)及腰椎(L2～4)]、血清雌二醇(E2)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平变化。结果治疗后,观察组NDPF及腰椎骨密度分别为(0.742±0.052)、(0.738±0.064)g/cm^2,明显高于对照组的(0.697±0.071)、(0.702±0.073)g/cm^2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清E2为(49.78±3.54)ng/L,明显高于对照组的(43.04±2.86)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清TNF-α和IL-6分别为(31.11±10.52)、(22.42±6.13)ng/L,明显低于对照组的(49.72±13.94)、(29.46±7.22)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上联合应用益骨汤治疗绝经后PMOP患者可有效提高血清雌激素水平,降低血清TNF-α和IL-6水平,增加骨密度,疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yi Gu Decoction on postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)and its effect on serum estrogen and cell factor level.Methods A total of60cases of PMOP patients treated in the hospital from January2017to October2017were selected as the research objects.According to randomly number method they were divided into two groups,30cases in each group,the control group was treated with calcium carbonate and Calcitriol Soft Capsules treatment,the observation group was treated with the combination of Yi Gu Decoction.The course of treatment was3months.The changes of bone density[non dominant proximal femur(NDPF)and lumbar(L2-4)],serum estradiol(E2),serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NDPF and lumbar BMD in the observation group were(0.742±0.052)g/cm2,(0.738±0.064)g/cm2,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(0.697±0.071)g/cm2,(0.702±0.073)g/cm2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum E2in the observation group was(49.78±3.54)ng/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(43.04±2.86)ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum TNF-αand IL-6levels in the observation group were(31.11±10.52)ng/L and(22.42±6.13)ng/L respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(49.72±13.94)ng/L and(29.46±7.22)ng/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,the combined application of Yigu Decoction can effectively improve the level of serum estrogen,reduce the level of serum TNF-alpha and IL-6,increase bone mineral density,and has a definite curative effect in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
