摘要 目的探讨以家庭为中心的教育干预对社区获得性肺炎患儿雾化吸入后潮气呼吸肺功能的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2018年1月我院收治的社区获得性肺炎患儿82例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组采用以家庭为中心的教育干预模式,比较两组患儿疗效和肺功能。结果观察组患儿的疗效高于对照组(P <0. 05),潮气呼吸肺功能指标优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论临床上给予社区获得性肺炎患儿以家庭为中心的教育干预模式可以改善肺功能,提高疗效。 Objective To explore the effect of of family-centered education intervention on tidal breathing lung function among children with community-acquired pneumonia after aerosol inhalation.Methods To select82cases of children with community-acquired pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from May2017to January2018as subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group randomly.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group adopted a family-centered education intervention model.The treatment efficacy and lung function of the two groups of children were compared.Results The curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The tidal breathing lung function index of children in the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A family-centered education intervention model for children with community-acquired pneumonia can improve lung function and treatment efficacy.
