摘要
大学英语教学中,女教师作为教学人员也有教学方式、职能转变、知识整合等方面的转变。女教师应该努力提高自身素养,在英语应用、英语教育技术、英语实践技能、教育哲学思想等方面,适应课程的分化转型、知识结构的变化、教学方法的转变、教学模式的创新、信息和数据素养的提高等。
In college English teaching,the teaching staff of female teachers also need to take changes in teaching methods,functional transformation,knowledge integration and so on.Female teachers should strive to improve their own quality,should adapt to the transformation and differentiation of curriculum,should update their knowledge structures,should take changes in teaching methods,should innovate teaching models,and should improve their information and data literacy in the following aspects:English application,English teaching technology,English practical skills,philosophy of education,etc.
