摘要
传统方法的LCR测试仪响应存在速度慢、灵敏度较低、测量结果受温度影响等缺陷,以STC15F2K60S2单片机为主控芯片的LCR测试仪采用ADC采集为一体的电路设计,不仅实现了正弦波发生器,正交90°方波器的功能,还实现了自动识别元件类型、自动选择量程、测量精度高以及串并联等效模式功能。仪器的整体电路得到一定简化,性能更加稳定可靠。
The traditional LCR tester has such deficiencies as slow speed and response,the measurement results being subject to temperature measurement and so on;while,the LCR tester with STC15F2K60S2microcontroller being the main control chip adopts the circuit design of ADC acquisition,realizing not only the functions of sine wave generator and orthogonal90°square waver,but also the functions of automatic identification of component types,automatic selection of ranges,high measurement accuracy,and series-parallel equivalent,etc,so that the overall circuit of the instrument gets simplified and the performance become more stable and reliable.
