摘要 综放是目前应用比较广泛的井下采煤工艺之一,具有采煤效率高、工人工作强度小、安全可靠等优点,但一般不适宜于破碎、狭小的块段。针对莒山煤矿3号煤层遗煤区,在ZF309工作面设计了放顶煤开采工艺,通过合理留设各类安全煤柱,确保工作面的回采安全。 Fully mechanized top-coal caving is one of the widely used underground mining technologies. It has the advantages of high mining efficiency, low worker working intensity, safety and reliability, but it is generally not suitable for broken and narrow sections. In view of the residual coal area of No. 3 coal seam in Jushan Coal Mine, the top coal caving mining technology is designed in ZF309 working face, and the mining safety of working face is ensured by reasonably setting all kinds of safe coal pillars.
