摘要
为了拆卸轴套类等紧配合零件,实现节能降支目的,本文以煤矿现有废旧材料为原料,应用Solidworks软件设计,使用机床和焊接技术制造出了立柱式压力机,解决了之前无法拆卸轴套类等紧配合零件的难题,设计制造方法值得在煤矿修理车间推广应用。
In order to disassemble the tight fitting parts such as the shaft sleeve,taking energy saving and reducing expenditure as the purpose,In this paper,the column press is designed and manufactured with the existing waste materials of the coal mine,using Solidworks software design,machine tool and welding technology,column press was manufactured,thoroughly solved the problem that it was impossible to disassemble the sleeve and other tight fitting parts before.The design and manufacturing method is worth popularizing in the coal mine repair workshop.
