摘要
目的:为解决传统磁共振T_2加权图像边缘检测算法在提取该类图像边缘时会出现伪边缘、边缘定位错误等一系列问题,提出一种基于改进Canny算子的磁共振T_2加权图像的边缘检测算法。方法:在传统Canny算子的基础上加入总广义全变分图像去噪算法和多准则边缘连接法,并根据磁共振水模的特点,多次运用改进的Canny算子进行磁共振水模的边缘提取。结果:通过3.0T磁共振T_2加权图像实验,改进的Canny算法与传统算法相比具有较为准确的边缘检测能力和较强的鲁棒性。结论:改进的Canny算法针对磁共振T_2加权图像边缘检测有较高的准确性,能够准确提取所成像磁共振水模的边缘。
Objective:To propose an edge detection algorithm about T2-weighted MRI(T2-MRI)based on improved Canny operator in order to resolve series of problems included pseudo edges,edges location error and so on which came from edge detection algorithm of traditional T2-MRI in extracting edge of this kind of image.Methods:The total general variational image denoising algorithm and multiple-criteria edge linking algorithm were combined with traditional Canny operator.And the improved Canny operator was repeatedly implemented to extract the edge of MRI for a water phantom according to the characteristics of water phantom of MR.Result:Through experiment of 3.0 T T2-MRI,the improved Canny algorithm has higher accuracy in edge detection capability and stronger robustness than that of traditional algorithm.Conclusion:The improved Canny algorithm of this study has higher accuracy in edge detection for T2-MRI and can extract the edges of MRI of water phantom accurately.
