摘要
目的:分析医用塑料自封袋、未经漂白的平纹双层棉布和聚乙烯塑料袋3种高效消毒物品包装材料的包装效果,为高效消毒物品安全和有效存放及使用提供依据。方法:选取临床使用后待消毒的雾化管90根,按照高效消毒物品包装材料的不同将其分为3组,每组30根。采用医用塑料自封袋进行包装的为A组,未经漂白的平纹双层棉布袋进行包装的为B组,聚乙烯塑料袋进行包装的为C组。应用腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(ATP)生物荧光快速检测仪对三组雾化管经清洗、消毒、干燥及检查合格后的当日,第7 d、14 d、30 d、180 d和360 d的6个时间段进行检测,比较3种包装材料ATP检测数值。结果:(1)包装材料对消毒物品ATP数值具有显著影响,差异有统计学意义(F=43.597,P<0.05),而时间对消毒物品ATP数值无显著影响,差异无统计学意义(F=0.832,P>0.05),包装材料与时间对消毒物品ATP数值交互作用对ATP值有显著影响,差异有统计学意义(F=3.198,P<0.05);(2)A组与B组消毒物品的消毒效果相比,差异有统计学意义(F=14.756,P<0.05);A组与C组消毒物品的消毒效果相比,差异有统计学意义(F=22.864,P<0.05);B组与C组消毒物品消毒效果相比,差异有统计学意义(F=5.171,P<0.05),且A组的消毒物品ATP均值最小(<2000),包装效果优于B组和C组。结论:医用塑料自封袋包装高效消毒物品保存时间和保存效果优于未经漂白的平纹双层棉布袋和聚乙烯塑料袋。
Objective:To analyze the effect of three types of packing material with high efficient,that included valve bag of medical plastics,the unbleached tabby double-deck cotton cloth and polyethylene plastic bag,so as to provide the basis for the safety,effective store and use of products with high efficient disinfection.Methods:90 atomizer tubes which once were used in clinic practice were divided into 3 groups(each group included 30 tubes)as different packaging materials.A group adopted valve bag of medical plastics,and B group adopted unbleached tabby double-deck cotton cloth and C group adopted polyethylene plastic bag.Adenine nucleoside triphosphate(ATP)bioluminescence rapid detector was applied to detect the three groups at 0d,7d,14d,30d,180d,360d after they were cleaned,were sterilized,were dried and passed examination.And the ATP detection values of the three packaging materials were compared.Results:(1)The differences of ATP value among different packaging material were significant(F=43.597,P<0.05),while time had no significant impact on the ATP value of disinfected products,and the difference was not statistically significant(F=0.832,P>0.05).The interaction between packaging material and time had a significant impact on the ATP value of disinfected products,and the difference was statistically significant(F=3.198,P<0.05).(2)The difference that group A compared with group B about disinfection effect of disinfected products was statistically significant(F=14.756,P<0.05).The difference that group A compared with group C about disinfection effect of disinfected products was statistically significant(F=22.864,P<0.05).The difference that group B compared with group C about disinfection effect of disinfected products was statistically significant(F=5.171,P<0.05),and the ATP mean value of group A was the lowest(<2000),and its packaging effect was better than that of group B and group C,respectively.Conclusion:For the efficient disinfectant products,the storage time and effect of valve bag of medical plastics are better than that of the unbleached tabby doubledeck cotton cloth and polyethylene plastic bags,respectively.
