摘要
对国内外三家风电叶片涂料企业的产品进行收集和研究,针对实际使用环境的气候特征,设计了一系列系统的风电叶片涂料性能评价方法,包括荧光紫外灯老化、中性盐雾试验、高低温冷热循环试验和耐磨性测试,提出了风电叶片涂料的耐候性评价技术要求,并对相应的检测项目和评价方法进行了探讨。
Three domestic and foreign wind turbine blade coating enterprise products were collected and studied.According to climatic characteristics of the actual environment,series of systematic performance evaluation methods of wind turbine blade coating were designed,including fluorescent ultraviolet lamp aging test,neutral salt spray test,cold and hot cycle test and wear resistance test.Weathering evaluation technical requirements of wind turbine blade coating were proposed,the corresponding test items and evaluation methods were investigated.
