摘要
目的探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)微创内固定对老年股骨粗隆间骨折功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院收治的102例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签原则将患者分为对照组和研究组,各51例。对照组行动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定,研究组行PFNA微创内固定。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术切口显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的髋关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,骨折复位丢失率和并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA微创内固定手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果显著,术后并发症少,且在改善患者髋关节功能方面具有显著优势,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)minimally invasive internal fixation on function recovery of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Methods A total of102elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random drawing,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with51cases in each group.The control group received dynamic hip screw(DHS)internal fixation,while the study group received PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of the control group,and the incision was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the loss rate of fracture reduction and total incidence of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation is effective in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly,with fewer complications and significant advantages in improving hip joint function,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
